AnchorPoint Transitional Housing, Inc. is a Connecticut 501(c)(3) public charity providing safe, supportive transitional housing for adults experiencing housing instability, including individuals living with behavioral health needs. Through stable housing, individualized support, and strong community partnerships, we help residents build a foundation for stability, independence, and long-term well-being.
Our supportive housing model complements existing behavioral health and community-based services while helping residents develop the stability, skills, and confidence needed to move toward greater independence.

Jacqueline Blake, BSN, RN
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Jacqueline Blake is a Registered Nurse with experience in behavioral health, forensic mental health, clinical assessment, and care coordination. She leads the organization's development of a structured housing model designed to complement existing behavioral health services.
Junior Turner
Deputy Director & Co-Founder
Junior Turner brings more than 20 years of behavioral health and supervisory experience to AnchorPoint. His background includes behavioral health operations, de-escalation, structured residential environments, and leadership in programs serving individuals with complex needs.
